Who is this program for?

Age Range: Dancers 12 years of age or older (Suggested max age: 18 years).

Experience Level: Dancers participating in at least 3 dance classes per week.

Technology Requirements: Access to a computer or iPad with Zoom to connect each week (phone screens will be too small).

Commitment: Dancers willing to commit to 90 minutes per week, plus occasional 15 minutes of homework.
How It Works:

Weekly 90-Minute Online Sessions: Each session includes 30 minutes of education and 45 - 60 minutes of guided strength and conditioning exercises.

Two Live Q&A Sessions: Get answers to your injury prevention and conditioning questions.

1:1 Consultation: Work with Exercise Physiologist Julie to personalize your program based on your child’s strengths, weaknesses, and dance goals.

Limited Spots Available: Maximum of 10 participants to ensure individual attention.

The application form below allows you to record your preferred days and times for the live sessions.
I aim to schedule classes at the most convenient time for the group. Tentative options include weekday evenings 6.30 or 7pm or Saturday mornings.
NOTE: All sessions will be recorded and available to watch at a time that suits you, so you won’t miss a thing!

I offer a full refund if you notify me at up to 7 days after the program start date (minus the cost of an initial session if this has already taken place). After this time, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your spot to another dancer.
