Individual Sessions
Individual sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes depending on your requirements. All new clients must have an initial 45-60 minute session to allow a full evaluation and preparation of a progress plan.
After their initial session, clients will receive a home program to enhance their progress and compliment their injury prevention, rehabilitation or strength and conditioning program .
Progress plans will be regularly reviewed, with progress documented by various methods including measurements and photographs.
Small Group Sessions

Upper body / Posture
Flexibility
Other individualised areas identified during screening sessions*
